Day 33: Weights – Rest Day, Cardio – 25 min Low Intensity x 2

Even though it’s Friday this project won’t do itself. And similar to yesterday It’s unlikely I will make it to the Gym. I had initially planned on Back & Biceps tonight but that will not happen. Between work, gym & home life it’s all about getting the balance right. You can’t neglect any one of these. I got home late from work but honestly probably did have enough time to make the gym if I really wanted to. Howevera decision needed to be made…My mind and body are shattered and I haven’t really seen my girlfriend all week. I could plough through and go to the gym and try to push it hard knowing that neither my body or mind are really in it. Or take an evening off, spend some time with my gf, sleep in tomorrow morning and be really focused on tomorrows session! And that’s what I did. Sometimes you just have to listen to your body!

Planning ahead though allowed me to make sure I got Cardio in today. I walked to work and walked back (Well the Luas to work portion). 25 min walk each way πŸ™‚

Now for a relaxing evening! πŸ™‚

I actually got a movie and fell asleep around 30 mins in, Sleppy Friday nights on the couch! O life is hectic!
