Day 42: Rest Day

Easy Sunday rest day, the last two days were tough sessions covering my full body. Although I’ve been mainly completing my cardio only during the week it’s still important that I give my body appropriate rest after a tough weights session.

I know my week ahead work wise is going to be hectic so my plan is to keep the cardio up, and smash some full body sessions next weekend again.
